Rules and Regulations
(Subject to change)
You must be 21 years old to participate!
1. 11 Grand Prize packages will be given away on
September 27th, 2008.
5 Grand Prize packages will be selected from the "in-store raffle ticket
pool" and 5 Grand Prize packages will be selected from the "internet
orders raffle ticket pool." The participant with the most tickets
accumulated in store or from web orders will be an automatic winner.
2. Raffle tickets issued for items purchased in
our store OR purchases made through the website that are picked up at our
store will be deposited in the pool for in-store
purchases.
3. Raffle tickets issued for items purchased
through our website and shipped from
our store will be deposited in the pool for internet orders.
4. All times given are Central Time Zone.
5. The beginning of the week
of each featured cigars starts
on Sunday 12:01AM and ends Saturday Midnight, central time.
6. The Promotion will end at 9:00PM September 27,
2008. We will have a drawing party on September 27th with a drawing for ALL Prizes
beginning at 9:15PM.
7. No purchase is necessary to participate. For a
free raffle ticket send a self addressed stamped envelope to:

Allow six weeks for processing. Requests will not be honored unless postmarked
by August 16, 2008, Tickets will be added to the internet pool. Enter as
often as you like.
8. Winners need not be present to win.
Tickets must be claimed by Midnight on October 4th. We will draw 5
alternates from each pool on the evening of the 27th.
9. Participants are not required to be from the
United States but must find there own way to one of the 50 United States before
we pick up the airfare. Sorry, but we have to draw the line somewhere.
10. There are no exceptions on the featured
cigars. We have been very brand specific in some cases and those items listed
will be the only items honored during the promotional weeks.
11. Winning tickets are non-transferable. Winners
chosen from the internet pool must be the purchaser of record on invoices.
12. All ticket numbers and recipients will be
tracked for both internet orders and in-store purchases.
13. One Grand Prize winner per person.
