1. How do I win one of these amazing trips?
- Purchase items that are being promoted and earn tickets
that go into the raffle. We will draw winners on September 27th at 9:15PM.
2. What is included in the Grand Prize Package?
- We have taken care of nearly everything. You will only be
responsible for a few lunches during the daytime and possibly dinner on
Thursday night (We are working on a sponsor for that).
- We will include all transportation to and from all hosted
events, including airport transfers. Round trip airfare from the any of the 50 United
States and Hotel accommodations for 3 nights. Each evening there will
be a hosted activity including the obvious ticket to Big Smoke on Friday
November 9th.
3. What if I can not fly out on Thursday but can leave on
Friday?
- We can work with your schedule. We want you there for the
whole event but if you can't be there the whole time the rest of us will
survive...
4. Who is coming from Serious Cigars?
- Ron Lesseraux (Owner) will be your host for the event.
- Chip Astrup ( Sunday Guy ) coordinator extraordinaire.
5. What if I don't win, but have decided to come to the Big
smoke any way?
- Great, we would love it. The more the merrier. Contact
Ron via email for a few details.
6. Can I bring a friend with me?
- Sure, why not. You can share your room with one guest of
your choice. They are welcome to all of the events we host but they will
need to buy their own Big Smoke ticket.
7. What if I lose my drawing tickets?
- We will be doing our best to keep track of the ticket
numbers and their owners but ultimately it is your responsibility to hold on
to your tickets.
8. What hotel is the group staying in?
- We are staying at the ( Unknown at this time ). We have booked extra rooms so if you
are interested please contact us ASAP. Extra rooms are First Come, First
Served.
